The Audi Quattro is heralded as one of the most iconic rally cars of all time both in the looks and performance department. And in 1985 when Audi unveiled their second generation Quattro racer into the World Rally Championship, it was game over for all Group B competition from then on.

The turbocharged 2.1-liter engine was good for 444bhp and took home an impressive 23 wins, two WRC championships and two second place WRC finishes.

While the standard 80’s era 444bhp is a hefty amounted of designated power even in today’s standards, KEM Racing decided that the only logical thing to do would be to nearly double it. The Quattro in question plays the role “really fast car” in the video seen here with 850bhp on tap.

This one-of-a-kind KEM Racing ‘Pikes Peak’ Quattro takes on the treacherous Isle of Man during a U.K. hill climbing competition (in the rain we may add) back in May. Beautifully large rear wing and all.
