Some may be surprised to learn that there’s actually a market for tuning purely professional vehicles like the Volkswagen Crafter commercial van, which is a sister model to the Mercedes-Benz and Dodge Sprinter twins.
Germany’s Hartmann Tuning even went as far as to create a separate line for commercial vans appropriately called “Vansports“.
For the Volkswagen Crafter, the tuner’s individualization program includes a ground effects kit comprising a front spoiler, side skirts and a rear apron the hugs the bumper all around.
There’s also a selection of 16 different (!) wheel and tire-combinations, with the most extreme being 20-inch rims shod in tires size 265/45. The model pictured here is wearing 18-inch alloy wheels.
The interior package offers several accessories such as carbon fiber décor for the dashboard and door panels, floor mats embossed with the Hartmann Tuning Logo as well as aluminum entry strips, again sporting the Hartmann-Tuning-Logo.
Hartmann Tuning can also upgrade the Crafter’s engine and the exhaust system.
