Unless the featured driver of this Toyota Land Cruiser is completely drunk out of his or her mind (something that may be the case anyway…), we will have to take the videographer’s explanation for this bizarre incident as granted.
What we are told in the YouTube clip’s description, is that the driver of the Japanese SUV tried to use his vehicle’s off-road prowess to overcome the traffic at a stop light by jumping on the train (or tram) rails.
However, it seems that for reasons we cannot understand (a picture of the tracks, doesn’t help to explain why), the driver couldn’t get the Land Cruiser’s wheels out of the rails and was forced to continue driving with his fingers crossed that no train or tram would come his way…
