Nissan has revealed a new model year iteration of its Titan full-size pickup truck with a number of enhancements to the exterior and interior with prices now starting from US$28,820 (excluding destination charges of US$995), a US$300 increase over the 2012MY.
On the outside, Nissan has added a new tailgate with an aerodynamic rear spoiler on all models, while the SV and SL trims gain standard step rails. The SL also gets a standard 120V outlet on the truck bed and new mudguards, with the base S grade now features newly styled steel wheels.
In the cabin, a new 4-spoke steering wheel replaces the previous 3-spoke design on all trims, while a center console 120V outlet is now standard on PRO-4 X and SL models and added on the SV Value Truck Package.
The Titan PRO-4X receives a few more changes, such as revised graphics, a satin chrome grille, dark wheel finish, and dark-finish lower radiator skid plate on the exterior, and white instead of red stitching accents, a new logo design and Titan embroidery for cloth seats and a standard Display Audio/USB/Satellite radio system on the inside.
Finally, Nissan has added the PRO-4X/SL Moonroof and DVD Packages to the list of available options.
The Titan continues to be powered by a 317hp 5.6-liter V8 connected to a 5-speed auto and is offered in King Cab and Crew Cab body styles with a choice of 4×4 and 4×2 drive configurations, two wheelbases and three bed lengths.
