A new limited edition version named Black & White with extra content features and a handful of bespoke styling cues has been added to the range of the recently updated 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 in Britain.
Limited to 600 pieces in the UK, the Freelander 2 Black & White is available exclusively in two shades, Santorini Black metallic or solid Fuji White, with a 148hp (150PS) 2.2-liter turbodiesel in eD4 (two-wheel drive) or TD4 (all-wheel drive) flavors, with the latter also offering the option of manual or automatic transmissions.
Based on the ‘S’ grade, the Black & White models feature a gloss black finish for the front grille, side vents and door handles, along with split-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, privacy glass and headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lights.
Inside, the seats are trimmed in Ebony black cloth upholstery, while Land Rover adds Bluetooth connectivity and a cover for the rear loadspace in addition to standard features of the S model that include push button start, electric windows, air conditioning and more.
On sale now, the new Black & White LE starts at £22,495 for the eD4 model rising to £23,495 for the manual and £24,995 for the automatic TD4s.
