Kia released a teaser image of an all-new four-door coupe that will be unveiled on Thursday, March 28, at the 2013 Seoul International Motor Show.

The compact “CUB” concept is less than four meters long and is designed “to appeal to trend-setting urban dwellers,” according to a Kia press release. As we can see from the single image released by Kia, the CUB features two-point LED lights similar to those found on the Kia Quoris flagship sedan that is available in Korea and other select countries around the world.

The headlights and the similar-shaped grille contribute to CUB’s “cheerful” face, as Kia describes it. The front end’s design is sleek, with the round surfaces and large air intakes in the lower part of the bumper giving it a sporty appearance.

Kia will release full details of the new CUB concept at its Seoul unveiling. Until then, we can only speculate about Kia’s intentions with the concept, which could also spawn a new model family along with the Provo three-door concept car shown in Geneva, with the CUB representing a more practical version. We’ll let you know about Kia’s plans with the CUB concept on March 28.
