Not all architects drive Saabs, apparently. Well, it’s either that, or the latest video from Petrolicious shows us the exception that proves the rule. Instead of Saabs, California architect Holger Schubert loves Ferraris and is the proud owner of a Ferrari 512i BB, which he views as a design masterpiece (so does Eric Clapton, by the way).
We obviously can’t argue with that, as one would have to hate Leonardo Fioravanti personally to say that his work on the 512i BB is anything but excellent. A minimalist architect, Schubert decided to create his studio-garage space by making the Ferrari BB 512i its centerpiece. The car shares the same space with Schubert’s working area, as he says he’s inspired by Ferrari’s perfect lines when he’s drawing.
The 512i BB also has the best “seat” in the house, in front of glass walls that overlook the Pacific Ocean. To find out more details about the house and how the car influenced its design, you’ll have to hit the play button in the video below.
