After noticing that more 80 percent of UK buyers of the Kuga SUV (sold as the Escape in North America) opt for the better-equipped Titanium and Titanium X models, Ford saw the potential for an even higher-specification trim level and thus, the top-of-the-range Titanium X Sport was born.
Available for pre-order with a starting price of £28,345 on-the-road, the new Kuga Titanium X Sport builds on the Titanium X adding a raft of sports styling, comfort and technology features for a premium of a little over £3,000.
In particular, the Titanium X Sport gains an aero package comprising body coloured front and rear aprons, side skirts, wheel arches, larger rear spoiler, high gloss rear diffuser, front silver skid plate, high gloss black bumper detailing, bespoke 19-in alloys, chrome roof rails and dark rear windows with privacy glass.
Also standard are a Sony DAB Navigation system, rear view camera, Active Park Assist system and power folding door mirrors.
Powertrain options include a 1.6-liter EcoBoost petrol unit with 148bhp (150PS) and 180bhp (182PS), and a 2.0-liter turbo diesel with 138bhp (140PS) and 161bhp (163PS). Full details on pricing for each version follow in the list below.
