Take a good minute to look at the picture above and place yourself in the shoes and seat of Dr. Guan Zhu, a veterinary professor at Texas A&M University, who was riding his Toyota Sienna minivan on Tuesday afternoon, when just before he came to a stop, he saw a large cement truck tipping over and heading straight towards his car.

Forget about your life flashing right in front of your eyes – this is like witnessing your own death…

Yet amazingly, and even thought the truck smashed into his car, the Doc as well as the truck driver, survived without any serious injuries.

Zhu had installed a dash-cam on his Sienna and captured the entire scene on video.

“It’s what happened, you know, I could not remember in my memory, a truck is coming, and I could not remember exactly how it happened and then the video says that’s how it happened, kind of turning like 45 degrees before it hits my vehicle,” Dr. Zhu told KBTX news.

According to the report, the driver of the cement truck “ran the red light and lost control” of the vehicle.
