When seeing this footage from a third biker coming from behind for the first time, it appears that the motorcyclist on the right hand side of the road deliberately pushed his fellow rider into an oncoming car.
Watch it for a second time, though, and you may notice that the section of the road where the crash happened is riddled with large potholes, which may or may not have been responsible for the accident that occurred in the Russian city of Irkutsk.
The author of the video does not mention the condition of the motorcyclist who crashed into the car, but the accident was pretty violent, increasing the odds of a serious injury.
