Would you believe us if we told you that cops let a driver go without a ticket after stopping him for running a red light because he carried a ‘Bad Motherf@cker’ wallet – well that and also because he was polite and utterly honest?

You probably wouldn’t, which is why we’re sharing Nicholas Serra’s dash-cam video that recorded said incident in Youngstown, Ohio.

“My ‘Bad Motherfucker’ wallet saves me from another traffic citation,” wrote Serra on YouTube. “While cruising around after a big storm, Youngstown police officers in an unmarked car see me treat a red light as if it were a stop sign. In my 02 Explorer I have a Havis police console with police/fire scanner and an amateur radio transceiver.”

When the officers approached him and told him that the reason why they stopped him was because he went through a red light, Serra said: “Ah…I’m not even going to lie man, I go through all the time, I didn’t know you were a cop.”

Yeah, the same thing crossed our minds too; as if you need to see a police officer to stop at a red light…and a repeat offender? Sheez…

The cop then asks for an ID and Serra pulls out a replica of the wallet made famous by Samuel Jackson’s Jules Winnfield character in Pulp Fiction, and the officer goes, “Do you have a ‘Bad Motherf@cker wallet? I got to let him go just on the fact that he has ‘Bad Motherf@cker’ wallet!”. And guess what? That’s what he did!
