Nissan announced the availability of its 2015 model year Altima that’s on sale in the U.S. now with prices starting from $22,300 for the base 2.5 model rising to $31,950 for the SL 3.5L V6, not including a destination and handling fee of $810.

Appearance-wise, the 2015 Altima remains unchanged, but Nissan has added new standard content to the 3.5 SV and 3.5 SL grades, including NissanConnect with Navigation and Mobile Apps, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Moving Object Detection (MOD) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW).

Other updates for the new model year include the addition of 8-way power driver’s seat and 2-way power lumbar support for the 2.5L SV and 3.5L SV models, black carpeting and lower seat side trim for models equipped with beige interiors, standard fog lights for the 2.5 SV and the addition of Intelligent Climate Control to models fitted with Remote Engine Start System (SV, SL).

Finally, Nissan said that all 3.5-liter V6 Altimas feature a 1mpg increase for highway and combined fuel economy ratings.
