When Russian drivers themselves are dumbfounded by the condition of some of their country’s roads, you can understand how bad the situation is.
YouTube author StRaikerSPB was so surprised when he saw the above road sign near the Russian city of Engles (named after German socialist philosopher and father of Marxist theory), and which cautioned drivers about the bumpy road ahead for the next…30,000m (30km or 19 miles), that he just had to pull over and take a second look.
“I received a shock when I saw this sign!” he wrote on the video’s description. “I don’t think you can find this in any other place in the globe. When will they finally stop stealing in our country?” he asked. Care to give an answer?
