In a lot of ways and for a lot people, the new 2-Series Coupe is the spiritual successor to the 3-Series up to the E46 generation, and until BMW shows us the M2, the closest you can get to the M3 E46 is the M235i.
Personally, two things I dislike about the M235i’s appearance are a) the narrow instrument panel with the two large gauges and b) the stock alloy wheels. There’s nothing you can really do about the former but for the later, there are more choices than a Chinese take-out menu.
If you agree on the connection between the M3 E46 and the M235i, then surely the idea of fitting BMW‘s new two-door coupe with a set of CSL 19-inch wheels will have crossed your mind.
