Even with the provided video description, it’s not hard to tell that the driver of this red Nissan (?) sedan was high on something. I mean, just look at how he acted after crawling out of the overturned car…
It’s anybody’s guess is he was unharmed or if he was injured in some way but was unable to feel anything due to his condition.
According to the video poster, Ashker Asharaff, “Driver was under the influence of what is suspected to be methamphetamine and according to witnesses had a needle and spoon with him after the accident. After the Accident he goes crazy.”
Any idea where this may have happened?
