Unless Subaru has used it in the past, someone might want to tell the Japanese brand that the S4 badge has been taken by Audi.
The new Subaru WRX S4 was teased today through a poorly lit picture ahead of its launch in Japan on August 25. Apparently, it won’t be offered elsewhere.
Besides informing us that it will come equipped with features such as the next-generation EyeSight precrash safety system, Subaru didn’t really have much to say about the car itself.
As for the name, the Japanese carmaker says “S4” has the following four meanings: “Sports performance”, “Safety performance”, “Smart driving” and “Sophisticated feel”.
Now, how we have some fun by writing down your choice of four values that start with “S” and which you believe best represent the WRX in the comments area below?
