The Porsche Museum in Stuttgart is one of the most interesting car galleries in the world, but the German sports car manufacturer also has a secret warehouse.
Only a few streets away from the main building, it houses prototypes, concept cars, secret projects and racing cars. While the location is closed for the public, CAR Magazine had a chance to visit it and to film some of the 300 cars it houses.
Vehicles like the four-seat 911 and four-door variants that were never brought to market are just a few of the interesting exhibits found in the warehouse, which also includes famous racing cars from all sorts of disciplines and development prototypes such as the one for the Boxster disguised under the bodywork of a 911 or the Type 965 mule.
Unfortunately, most of these cars will never be shown to the public, which is why the following video is so interesting to watch.
