A new “very easy” difficulty setting seems to be the primary new feature for the next installment in Codemasters’ familiar F1 racing series. It’s the only licensed title of its kind, and for 2014 it promises accessible experience facilitated not only by the new lower difficulty, but also “a new driver evaluation system which tunes the game to your level.”
Aside from that, all changes to the game are incremental and most have to do with the switch to turbocharged engines and new cars.
The release date is October 21, and it ships for PC, Xbox360 and PlayStation3 – no, there are no versions coming out for next-gen consoles, so the best visual experience will still be on the PC.
