Now, if you’re asking us why the seamen (there’s an “a” there people) are employing the use of rugs, we’d like to think that they’re trying to protect the undercarriage and the wheels of the vehicles crossing inside the ship, because they’re not really going to hold down those metal ramps, are they now.
To their defense, they’re working with what they have to get the job done and facilitate passengers in very difficult conditions
