Subaru said it release the 2015MY versions of its XV Crosstrek and XV Crosstrek Hybrid crossovers with equipment and tech upgrades in the US this December.
The 2015MYs get a new standard infotainment system that in the case of the 2.0i, 2.0i Premium and Hybrid models, employs a 6.2-inch touch screen display with rear vision camera, swipe and scroll multi-function control for audio and other features.
The new 2.0i Premium with Subaru’s EyeSight driver assist technology, 2.0i Limited and Hybrid Touring models get a bigger 7.0-inch multi touch gesture display screen, along with SiriusXM Satellite Radio (subscription required), voice activated controls and dual USB ports. They also get a new color LCD in the gauge cluster.
Additionally, all EyeSight-equipped models obtain new Steering Responsive fog lights as standard.
The 2015MY XVs keep the same looks and engine choices as their 2014MY predecessors. Pricing is to be announced.
