Mopar is demonstrating the Fiat 500X’s personalization potential with a customized vehicle fitted with prototype and production accessories at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
FCA’s service, parts and customer-care brand says it will offer more than 100 accessories for the Fiat crossover.
“Already available in five trim models and 12 exterior colors, the additional option of more than 100 Mopar accessories from which to choose provides unlimited potential for giving the all-new 2016 Fiat 500X a distinct, unique personality,” said Pietro Gorlier, Mopar president and CEO.
The 2016 Fiat 500X on display at the LA show features red accents on the hood and roof combined with red and grey body side graphics. The vehicle rides on 18-inch satin black Mopar wheels shod with Pirelly tires, with other custom exterior touches including the satin black “wings” on the chrome rear and front badges and a gloss black painted exhaust tip.
Inside, the accessorized 500X features seats wrapped in Tuscany Katzkin leather, red accent stitching on the the steering wheel and shifter boot, as well as black trim highlights throughout the cabin. A bright pedal kit and rear cargo organizer emblazoned with the Fiat logo are also present.
Mopar says it will offer more than 20 different exterior graphics packages for Fiat 500X, three different color options for the 18-inch wheels, racks and carriers, cargo trays, splash guards, slush mats and the Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS). The latter is a GPS-enabled stolen vehicle recovery system.
