It’s obvious that a mega-expensive SUV like the one Bentley will reveal next year is aimed especially at markets from the Middle East.
The latest video teaser of Bentley’s first ever SUV certainly seems to suggest that, as the background consists of sand dunes. The footage doesn’t reveal anything new about the SUV’s styling, insisting more on the craftsmanship and fine materials it will include.
The as-yet-unnamed model will be the first production Bentley to be offered with a plug-in hybrid option, possibly even with two variants, one with a petrol-electric solution and the other with a diesel-electric combination. The entry-level model may get the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 petrol engine from the Continental and Flying Spur, while the range-topping version will feature the 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 engine with over 600hp.
