Cadillac has released another teaser video of the ATS-V Coupe ahead of its official reveal scheduled for tomorrow at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
While the car’s exterior design is no longer a secret thanks to the leaked photos we’ve seen last week, there’s still some mystery regarding the engine. However, there’s a strong possibility that the ATS-V Coupe is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 producing approximately 450 horsepower and 445 pound-feet (603 Nm) of torque, according to leaked information from Road&Track’s Performance Car of the Year issue.
Whatever the exact output of the engine, it sure makes the ATS-V Coupe a fast car, as you can see in the following video, which shows the vehicle accelerating from 0 to 138 mph (222 km/h) and braking to a standstill.
The acceleration and deceleration combined take around 20 seconds and if the video’s timer is correct, the ATS-V Coupe needs less than 4 seconds to get to 60 mph (96 km/h). As a bonus, the engine sounds really good. Bring it on, Cadillac!
