The Aachen tuners at AC Schnitzer have released a new line of performance and styling components for the BMW X4 crossover.
Under the hood, AC Schnitzer’s kit boots the petrol-powered 20i from 184PS (182hp) to 245PS (242hp), the 28i from 245PS (242hp) to 294PS (290hp) and the 35i from 306PS (302hp) to 360PS (355hp).
The diesel-fuelled 20d goes from 190PS to 220PS, the 30d from 258PS (255hp) to 309PS (305hp) and the 35d from 313PS (309hp) to 360PS (355hp).
AC Schnitzer claims that, while engine power is increased on all versions, C02 emissions remain the same. Buyers can also make their tuned units sound better with a quad-pipe sports exhaust system.
Other available parts in the tuner’s X4 program include sports spring kits that lower the ride height by 20mm to 35mm, a selection of alloy wheels in sizes ranging from 18- to 22-inches, aerodynamic kits for both regular and M Sport packages, and interior trim upgrades.
