On Monday, Lexus announced its first-ever campaign for the new RC and RC F performance coupes, which includes a spot aimed at LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) consumers.
The marketing campaign has five television sports for the two models, two of which will begin airing today with the other three to be released in the week during prime time, late night, cable and network television and cable sports.
The first two general market ads released today are the “Face Off” that introduces the RC 350 and the “No Limits” spot for the 467hp RC F.
Lexus will utilize existing footage from the general market spots to launch three additional RC F commercials geared toward multicultural audiences, including the “Flex Your Drive” for the black audience, “Shatter” for the LGBT community and “Control Power” for Latino car enthusiasts.
All spots will end with a voiceover stating, “Once driven, there’s no going back.”
