The all-new 2015 Subaru STI has been turned into a rally-savvy machine fit for the Rally America regulations. It features modifications to its shell, racing-spec engine and other rally-spec goodies, as well.
In the video below, the car is driven by David Higgings, the man who’s taken seven out of eight wins in Rally America events in the 2014 season (in a previous-gen car), cruising to the top spot of the standings.
Technical information on the new car is not detailed at the moment, but even judging solely by the exhaust bark, it seems like a proper racing machine.
Snow is obviously a great surface to enjoy yourself in a Subaru, particularly one as hardcore as this, and it really looks like a lot of sideways fun in the videos below posted courtesy of Road&Track.
