Audi needs to catch up to BMW and Mercedes with a full-sized coupe-styled SUV of its own. The model is in the pipeline and older reports suggest we should see it in 2016.
But we don’t have to wait until then, since we already know what the Q7 looks like, along with the fact that the Q6 (if that’s what they’ll call it) will most likely share its front end. The rest is pretty easy to do in PhotoShop, as demonstrated by Theophilus Chin in the rendering posted below.
All you have to do is squash the back end and give it a slightly redesigned bumper.
The front also gets a more aggressive treatment, with unique lights and an RS-inspired bumper. It honestly looks pretty good and actually I think it looks better than either of its German rivals.
