BMW‘s decision to restrict the i8 hybrid’s color palette to just four options (white, silver, blue and grey), isn’t really sitting well with their Abu Dhabi-based distributor.

Last week, the Middle East dealer showed us a lime-green version of the i8 and now they have a yellow colored example with red accents where you normally find the electric blue or grey trims on the body of stock models.

As reader 1lazysheep pointed out in our previous post on the green i8, this one too appears to be wearing a foil wrap, as evidenced by the covered up parking sensors (PDC) on the corners of the front bumper.
