When Sauber took the covers off their 2015 F1 car last month, people seemed to be generally pleased with the Blue & Yellow livery. But it did seem kind of basic, didn’t it?

No worries! The team has since sent their C34 racer to Barcelona for testing, wearing extra yellow stripes surrounding the nose (similar to what McLaren-Honda did) as well as yellow mirrors.

To be honest, the car looks much, much better now. It feels more complete as the overall blue was perhaps too protruding from a visual perspective. Now the livery is more balanced and so is the car which managed to set the quickest time during Day 3 of pre-season testing in Jerez with Felipe Nasr behind the wheel.

Perhaps then it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Sauber is at it again, this time in Barcelona for Day 1 of testing, showing off both their Ferrari engine, modified livery as well as a motivated Felipe Nasr in the cockpit.

We’ll give you the full results after testing concludes later on in the day.
