This here is our first uncovered look at the all-new 2016 Cadillac CT6 that will officially bow at tomorrow’s New York Auto Show.
Cadillac had more or less prepared us for a look that draws closely on the CTS and ATS models’ signature design features, but we won’t hide the fact that we were hoping it would edge closer to the more refined and dynamic Elmiraj concept coupe.
But it is what it is and you can share your piece of mind on Cadillac’s new full-size luxury sedan in the comments below.
Before you do, let us remind you that the CT6 will debut a new lightweight platform that promises to save nearly 200 pounds or 90kg over a similar steel structure as well as a new twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine with around 400 hp and 400 lb-ft (542Nm) of torque, alongside a revised naturally aspirated, 3.6-liter V6 with about 335 hp and 284 lb-ft (385 Nm) of torque. It may also get a new twin-turbo V8 engine.
