A dash-cam caught a road-rage incident that occurred in Vancouver, Canada, last month, in which a driver got out of his car and punched another motorist through his rolled-down window.

As luck or karma would have it, there was a police van parked right across the road! Even though the cops weren’t initially aware of the attack, one of the passengers of the VW Jetta walked across the road to inform them about the incident and they quickly apprehend the man.

“A 26-year-old man was arrested and later released,” Sgt. Randy Fincham of the Vancouver police told reporters. “Charges of assault are pending and have not yet been laid.”

The man in the white van seen in the video trying to diffuse the situation, Norman Rydings, said: “We got lucky with a cop just nearby, so it’s funny how that is, when you need a cop, he’s right there.”

Hat tip to John!
