We never really got how to pronounce the name of Lamborghini’s Estoque sedan concept, but it was definitely an attractive proposition for many. What was there not to like: it was a sedan with a naturally-aspirated V10 engine up front (!) and undeniably Lamborghini styling all around, with a possible hint of modern Chevy Camaro at the rear…
Lambo has since given up on the idea of a sedan, and now we’re expecting the company’s first SUV, which should be based on the later Urus concept.
The 2008 Estoque was clearly the favorite of the two, at least with our readers, so it’s a shame that it’s been completely buried, never to be put into production.
Even so, this does not detract from its value, especially now that we know it’s just a one-off concept.
It still looks like a neck-snappingly-head turning sedan that’s on display at Lambo’s home museum, in Sant’Agata Bolognese, in Italy.
