We know the Enzo is a very rare beast, but we still managed to showcase a couple examples offered for sale in the past month. One of them belonged to the Pope John Paul II

With only 400 units ever built, it’s not the kind of car a collector would sell in a jiffy; but Floyd Mayweather isn’t your average collector, is he? Still, he’s looking to flip the car for a profit.

Mayweather bought the car in January for just $3.2 million, but according to Automotive News, Obi Okeke (the co-owner of Chatsworth dealership – Floyd’s favorite) is expecting the car to fetch between $3.6 million and $3.8 million. Of course, as it goes with these high-end deals, Floyd will probably assign the dealer in charge with overseeing the selling.

Mind you, there is a chance that Mayweather only wants to break even, living a pretty fat premium for the dealer. Still, the Enzo is expected to sell for no less than a $400,000 profit. Well, at least one of the greatest athletes of all time drove one of the greatest cars of all time, right? We hope so, because his personal chauffeur sure did.

With only 111 examples reserved for the U.S market, this remains a truly rare automobile and one of the most technologically advanced models ever build by the Italian car manufacturer. That’s why we desperately need to know why Floyd decided to sell it after just 5 months of ownership. Why, Floyd? Why?
