Regardless of what you think about the 2015 Subaru WRX STI, this is still one of the most bad-ass cars you can buy, in this particular segment.
And yes, you’re definitely free to think bad things about it, since it doesn’t look particularly great and isn’t faster than the previous generation model.
As for its “looks”, a lot of people feel that this 4th generation Impreza is nowhere near as good looking as the 3rd generation model (which wasn’t superb either).
Keep in mind though that even if it’s hard to disagree with those people, the STI always seems to grow on you.
Now, in terms of performance, the 2015 model has 300 HP and 407 Nm (300 lb-ft) to play with, helping it get from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.2 seconds. It’s not lightning fast but it’s still fast.
The car in these images is sitting pretty on a set of Championship Gold ADV10M Track Function CS Series wheels, measuring 18×10 front/rear.
In terms of wheel design, this isn’t anything spectacular, but nevertheless, they look great and compliment the car in ways in which perhaps a more aggressive design wouldn’t.
