This is the first video review of the all-new Audi A4 and it comes courtesy of Auto Express.
Mat Watson had the chance to drive various pre-production Audi A4s in Germany accompanied by people who developed the new model from whom he learned which are the highlights of the car.
Chassis guru Horst Glaser, tech expert Ricky Hudi and engine specialist Thomas Heiduk were among those who rode next to Watson – even Audi CEO Ulrich Hackenberg got in the passenger seat.
The reviewer didn’t get too much time alone in the new Audi A4, but it was enough for some conclusions. The steering is direct and communicative (the best of any A4), the ride quality is really good and composed and the new A4 is a quiet car. It’s also more fuel-efficient and practical than before.
Watson’s main conclusion is the new A4 is significantly better than the previous model.
