With just two days left for the official presentation of the revised Fiat 500, and we have the first truly revealing shot of the city car’s updated cabin.
What will surely grab your attention is the redesigned center console and specifically, the touchscreen infotainment set up – a first for the series. Based on the FCA’s U-Connect infotainment system that’s also found in the bigger 500X crossover, it’s flanked by newly designed center air vents.
There’s also a new steering wheel, but other than that, nothing else seems to have changed on a styling level. However, a leaked presentation document from Fiat claims that there will be new colors and better quality materials and trimmings.
And just in case you haven’t seen the other revealing photos of the car’s exterior, we have a fresh picture of the 500’s face with its restyled headlamps, bumper and grille. Some changes were made to the Italian model’s rear as well, including to the bumper and the lights.
H/T to Ferd!
