When a customer orders a limited edition model like the Bentley Continental GT Speed Breitling Jet Team Series, he or she expects to take delivery of the car during a special event.
Well, Bentley has most likely exceeded the expectations of all seven owners of the highly personalized Continental GT Speed by presenting the cars to them alongside the matching seven jet airplanes from the Breitling Jet Team.
The event took place at the Seattle Boeing Seafair Airshow, where the owners also took delivery of their matching Breitling chronographs. The Breitling Jet Team is the world’s largest professional civilian flight team performing in jets, with its fleet including seven L-39 C Albatros jets.
To pay homage to the squadron, Bentley and Breitling have created a limited run of Continental GT Speeds and matching Chronomat 44 watches. Only seven cars have been built, each with bespoke liveries and details by the Mulliner personalization program.
The keys to the cars and the matching timepieces were handed over to the lucky owners by the corresponding jet’s pilots and the customers were also taken on a flight across the Seattle skyline. Now that’s what I call customer care.
