The prospect of having a more powerful, more focused BMW M4 (or M3) and still maintain the warranty sounds pretty good. That’s what you get from Dinan in exchange for at least 10,000 of your dollars.
Matt Farah tried out an M4 with Dinan parts and it seems to be a smart way to go. In the configuration he tested, it has 530 hp, uprated springs, wheels and tires, plus a “carbon pack” that included a new air intake.
You do pay more for anything with Dinan written on it, as is the case with old established tuners, but again that warranty proposal is nice in a car you thrash.
The level of performance could be exceeded and price dropped if you order your own non-Dinan parts and have them installed, but it’s a choice BMW owners have to make when looking to modify.
