After the initial spot which boldly stated that the fuel cell Mirai is capable of running on b*llshit, Toyota released another one with a much more fragrant subject.
The new spot continues the “Fueled By Everything” theme, only now it’s all about the lemonade and its use for producing hydrogen fuel for the first mass-produced fuel cell vehicle on the planet, the Toyota Mirai.
Starring comedian Nikki Glaser, the ad tackles the delicate subject of discarded lemonade from kids’ lemonade stands. All jokes aside, Toyota wants to inform the general public about the many benefits of fuel cell vehicles and having a series of funny ads always does the trick.
The Toyota Mirai is expected to be launched in Europe this September with the US to follow later this year.
