This CCTV captured some footage of a young man vandalizing a Porsche 911. I don’t know what determined him to act in such a way, but the car’s questionable paint-job didn’t deserved such a treatment.
That said, the video shows him spilling some beer on the car – keeping just enough for himself to continue the “rampage”- spitting on it, breaking one of the side mirrors and, eventually, taking a rock to the Porsche’s sleek body and scratching it like there’s no tomorrow. Moreover, the guy even threw a cigarette into a side vent.
We actually featured another Porsche being vandalized – for the sake of making an artsy fashion commercial – and it broke our hearts. But this time the act itself is more outrageous, mainly because this type of property damage could happen to anybody and shows us that parked vehicles are often at the mercy of some questionable individuals.
According to the media, the man caused 60,000 crowns worth of damage – which may sound a lot, but it’s actually $2445 at the current exchange rate. Thankfully Karma never sleeps and the suspect was apprehended by police, after the video went viral on the internet. That and the fact the Porsche belongs to a Czech musician – Daniel Landa – made him even more notorious.
