Bentley inaugurates a mountain lodge dedicated for its customers. Yes, it’s an article about a building.
But let me paint you a picture here. You’re a wealthy business man, you drive a Bentley and you most likely have a Breitling Bentley watch on your wrist. The only thing missing from your life is a Bentley branded temporary lodging place for you to relax in while in vacation. Well, worry not prosperous citizen, because the British car manufacturer just inaugurated such a facility.
Located in the Kitzbühel, Austria – a pretentious, high-end Alpin hot-spot frequented by VIPs – the full-serviced and luxurious furnished chalet can accommodate up to 8 people and is available for private booking for customers and friends of the brand.
“The Bentley Lodge Kitzbühel has everything to become a class-of-its-own destination. One of the latest Bentley models will be available at all times for the guests and we are glad to offer various bespoke experiences such as fishing, hunting, horseback riding, skiing, tennis, golf and spa treatments”, said Robert Engstler, Regional Director Europe at Bentley Motors.
As you might imagine, the entire place is a blend of luxurious traditionalism combined with a modernist touch, with finishes that resemble Bentley’s renowned car interiors. And it should be luxurious and over the top, especially as throughout the winter holidays only full week bookings are accepted, costing €1,480 ($1,666) per night.
And to think the historic building was originally the forester’s lodge back when it was built in 1919 – which, coincidentally, is the same year that Bentley was founded.
