Renault has launched the all-new Megane as a five-door hatchback and didn’t say anything about a three-door version.
There’s even talk about the new Megane RS being offered with a five-door body style, which most likely means the current-generation French compact will not offer a three-door version anymore.
That’s quite a pity, seeing these renderings from Photoshop expert Theophilus Chin. Based on the all-new Megane, the renderings show a sleeker and sportier-looking body thanks to the longer doors and smaller glasshouse.
The front end features slimmer headlights and a more aggressive bumper, while the rear end gets a similar treatment.
Unlike the five-door model, the imaginary three-door version ditches the bar that unites the taillights. Overall, the renderings show a more dynamic Megane that would make the perfect choice for a RenaultSport version. Opinions?
