Nissan will debut a track-tuned GT-R Nismo and three customized Titan XD pickup trucks at the SEMA Show early next month.
For the first time ever, Nissan will be showcasing the 2016 GT-R Nismo N-Attack Package, which mimics the exact specification of the car that recorded the fastest-ever Nürburgring lap time for a volume production vehicle – 7 minutes 8.679 seconds.
Developed by Nissan Motorsports International, the Nismo N-Attack Package consists of the dedicated parts that were specially developed through the time attack project at Nürburgring.
The package includes components such as aerodynamics necessary for superior down-force, suspension that can handle punishing road surfaces full of undulations and turbulent fluctuations, and full bucket seats. While in Japan these parts are combined and assembled at the Nismo Omori Factory, in the US, Steve Millen Sportsparts Inc. (STILLEN) was chosen to conduct sales as the official installer and certified sales agency.
Nissan will also debut three custom concepts based on the all-new 2016 Titan XD pickup truck. One is a specially outfitted Genuine Nissan Official Accessories Titan XD Platinum Reserve featuring key components from a new accessory lineup consisting of 50-plus piece. The second one is a Cummins Project TITAN XD, while the third is a project collaboration with SEMA.
Based on a rugged PRO-4X model, the truck was delivered to SEMA headquarters in Diamond Bar, California in September and has been undergoing extensive modification by SEMA and its members.
