With less than a week remaining until its official debut at the LA Motor Show on November 18, Buick is building up excitement about its new mid-size sedan.

After the a snapshot of the grille, which takes its inspiration from the Avenir concept that was displayed on January in Detroit, and a shadow image of the car’s profile, GM’s brand has now released two short videos to wet our, and its potential customers’, appetite.

The new LaCrosse is based on the group’s new E2XX platform that’s more rigid yet lighter and has replaced the previous models four-link rear suspension for a more sophisticated five-link.

According to the automaker, this provides “a more dynamic experience, responsive ride and take Buick’s signature quietness to a new threshold”. Bold claims indeed, especially for a car that is aimed the highly contested premium segment.

The videos that follow give us a glimpse on the exterior and interior respectively; and it looks like “hand-sculpted” will be a major point in its marketing campaign.
