Volkswagen has added a new Colour Up! equipment line to its small city car.
The new trim grade is available in a choice of five exterior color combinations, including the ‘fontana red’ and the ‘sandstorm yellow’, with accents applied to the wing mirror caps, to the decorative stripes on its sides and to the 17-inch alloy wheels. Completing the looks of the Colour Up! are the tinted windows and the word ‘Colour’ added above the side sills.
You also get fog lights, a tire pressure indicator, chrome elements and colored air vents. The automaker has already started taking orders for the new Colour Up! in Germany, where it starts from €13,375.
In related news, VW announced a new feature for the Polo Highline: the roof color. Customers can choose between the ‘Pepper Grey’ and the ‘Deep Black Pearl Effect’, with the same hue added to the wing mirrors. Other “goodies” include the 17-inch ‘Mirabeau’ rims and the tinted windows. The VW Polo ‘Colour Pack’ is also available for order and it starts at €590.
