Fresh off their stint where they revealed which cars owners are most likely to never buy again, Consumer Reports isn’t shying away from taking a quick crack at the new 7-Series.
When it comes to large premium saloons, nitpicking is generally pretty scarce. It’s not like they actually disappoint anybody. They shouldn’t, too, given the price tag.
Then again, money doesn’t concern those in the market for such cars that much, no one expects them to be as agile as a sports car and the gadgets, well, they’re great additions – if you don’t like them, just stay off the options list and be happy with what you have.
We won’t spoil the review, but we do have an objection. That quote about the previous generation 7er being “a letdown to drive”? We beg to differ, but it’s a free country, so…
