The newest addition to the Mercedes-Benz vehicle lineup will be the E-Class and with just a couple of weeks until it makes its debut at the 2016 NAIAS, prototypes continue to roam the streets.
The exterior design is an evolution of what we’ve seen before in the smaller C-Class and the larger S-Class sedans.
The cabin will get a lot of new features and, depending on the selected version, customers will get to enjoy either the two 12.3-inch screens or the analog dials, separated by the 7-inch color display cluster and the 8.4-inch display, for the infotainment system, added to the energy-saving LEDs, audio systems and various designs for the seats.
Mercedes-Benz will reportedly start taking pre-orders for the new E-Class generation on January 18 and the model is expected to reach dealerships in April.
Full specs on the sedan will be released during the Detroit Auto Show, on January 11.
