The new generation of the Smart ForTwo Cabrio is offered in three trim levels, the Passion, the Prime and the Proxy, and it starts from €15,655 in Germany and £13,265 in the UK.
The entry-level model comes with 15-inch alloy wheels with an 8-spoke design, audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, automatic climate control and a choice of orange/black or grey/black interior.
Opting for the mid-range Prime adds 15-inch five-spoke black alloy wheels, extra dashboard instrument pods with rev counter and clock, heated seats and black leather upholstery with grey stitching.
The top-of-the-line Proxy has 16-inch eight-Y-spoke alloy wheels in black, white and blue interior with Artico and cloth upholstery and a Sports Package that includes a sports suspension lowered by 10mm, chrome exhaust finisher, rubber-studded brushed steel sports pedal and a perforated leather multi-function steering wheel.
Customers can also choose the Premium Package, for £795 in the Prime and Proxy lines, which adds the rear parking assistance and the smart media system with navigation, along with the Comfort Package, with electrically adjustable side mirrors and height adjustable steering wheel with heated function.
Last but not least, Smart offers the Premium Plus Package too, which includes all the features of the Premium and Comfort Pack, available on the Prime and Proxy for £1,295, and it also brings the LED headlights with LED DRLs, cube-like LED taillights, welcome home function, ambient lighting, rearview camera, rain-sensing wipers and automatic headlights.
The Smart ForTwo Cabrio is available with two engines, 71PS (70hp) & 91Nm (67lb-ft) of torque and 90PS (89hp) and 135Nm (100lb-ft) of torque.
