It seems that a concept branded under the Faraday Future logo has emerged on the internet.
Faraday Future is already making big waves with its idea of a Tesla-rivaling automobile, scheduled to be unveiled at CES, but if these images turn out to depict the real concept, then the California-based, Chinese-backed car company is aiming for a slightly different clientele.
According to Jalopnik, twitter user @superogatory found these images from what’s believed to be Faraday Fututure’s iTunes App. The pics depict an interesting, over-the-top concept car that borders the line between supercar and UFO, believed to deliver more than 1000 horsepower with “quad core” drive, a zero to 60 time of under 3 seconds, and other goodies – such as autonomous driving and “customizable modular string battery technology”.
The app descriptions says that the car offers unprecedented performance through conscientiously crafted, state-of-the-art transportation technologies, and the vision of the car was in record time through the pioneering collaboration of passion-fueled automotive experts and imaginative tech innovators.
Although we don’t know much about Faraday Future (except that they plan a $1 Billion factory in Nevada, and that the company is being led by a number of former senior Tesla employees), the company led us to believe they’ll be unveiling a Tesla rival at CES 2016. Nevertheless, the images depicting a possible concept do resemble some of the teasers released by the company.
