This is, without a doubt, one of the most violent crashes we’ve seen lately, but at least one of the cars involved escaped by the skin of its teeth.
The video starts off with the dashcam car following a Lada Kalina on a quiet patch of road, though things take a turn for the worse as soon as they approach two parked vehicles on the other lane, one of which was a truck.
For some reason, this caught an oncoming van driver off-guard and made him swerve as if an impact was inevitable.
The van driver went too far with his maneuver, lost control and… what followed is certainly very graphic in nature. What we can tell you is that according to one of the comments, the Lada’s two occupants are in serious condition, while the driver of the van was also injured – we would guess pretty severely too, considering the force of that impact.
The user also estimates that the Lada’s speed was 90 km/h (55 mph), but obviously one cannot verify his claim.
